30+ days before your event: deposit refundable. Within 14 days: deposit forfeited. Within 72 hours: full invoice may apply.
JHR Media retains the right to use event images for portfolio & marketing, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Edited photos are delivered within 7–14 working days. Booth prints are instant. Digital galleries arrive within 48 hours.
The client provides accessible space, power supply and unrestricted team access. JHR is not liable for conditions beyond our control.
The client accepts responsibility for equipment damage caused by guests or third parties during the event.
JHR Media is not liable for failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control. Alternatives will be discussed in good faith.
For media partnerships, the client agrees to a minimum of one social media post acknowledging JHR Media as the Official Photography Partner.
